Are We Eating Living Bread Or MannaYAHSHUA Is The Rock In The WildernessContents Of Sermon Message:The Children Partake of MannaThe children of Yisrael murmured against YAHWEH in the wilderness. The children of Yisrael did not have the mind of YAH and wished that they had died in Egypt. The miracles that YAH had accomplished had been forgotten when they began to murmur. YAH made bread to fall from the heavens unto the people to test the people's obedience. (Exodus 16:1-4; 16-20;31) YAHWEH spoke plainly that bread would fall. Yet, they were so unbelieving that they called the promised bread manna because they said they did not know what it was. The word manna means "what is it?" Today, we mistrust and question YAH with the same mentality and attitude. YAHSHUA The Rock In The WildernessMiriam, Aharon and Moshe all died in the wilderness. They missed the Living Bread in the wilderness. YAH spoke unto Moshe that he and Aharon should speak to the Rock and water would come forth. This rock represents YAHSHUA. Moshe took the rod and struck the rock twice. He did not follow the command given by YAH. The water came out abundantly but YAHWEH did not allow Moshe and Aharon to enter into the promised land for their disobedience. These things were examples for us that we would not lust for fleshly things or tempt YAH but trust HIM for all things. Nuggets: YAHWEH placed a natural physical bread in the wilderness but HIS true purpose was to test their obedience. |
