10 The fear of YAHWEH is the beginning of wisdom: a good
understanding have all they that do HIS commandments: HIS praise
endures forever.

23 Sing to YAHWEH, all the earth; show forth from day to day HIS
salvation.

26 For all the gods of the people are idols: but YAHWEH made the
heavens.
27 Grandeur and magnificence are in HIS presence; strength and
gladness are in HIS place.

honor and strength.
29 Give to YAHWEH the great honor due to HIS NAME: bring an
offering, and come before HIM: worship YAHWEH in the beauty of
kodeshness.
30 Fear before HIM, all the earth: the world also shall be stable,
that it be not moved.
31 Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice: and let men
say among the nations, YAHWEH reigns.
32 Let the sea roar, and the fullness thereof: let the fields
rejoice, and all that is therein.
33 Then shall the trees of the wood sing out at the presence of
YAHWEH, because HE comes to judge the earth.
34 O give thanks to YAHWEH; for HE is good; for HIS mercy endures
forever.
35 And say you, Save us, O YAHWEH of our salvation, and gather us
together, and deliver us from the heathen, that we may give thanks
to your kodesh NAME, and with a loud voice YOUR praise.
36 Blessed be YAHWEH the Sovereign Ruler of Yisrael forever and
ever. And all the people said, So be it, and Let it be fulfilled,
Hallelu YAHWEH.
Answers To Objections Against YAHWEH's
Sovereign Conduct, In Exercising Mercy And Justice
ROMIYAH - ROMANS 9:14
14 ¶ What shall we say then? Is there unrighteousness with YAHWEH?
YAHWEH forbid.
15 For HE saith to Mosheh, I will have mercy on whom I will have
mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion.
16 So then it is not of him that wills, nor of him that runs, but of
YAHWEH that shews the mercy.
17 For the scripture says to Pharaoh, Even for this same purpose
have I raised you up, that I might show MY power in you, and that MY
NAME might be declared throughout all the earth.
18 Therefore has HE mercy on whom HE will have mercy, and HE hardens
whom HE will.
19 You will say then to ME, Why does HE yet find fault? For who has
resisted HIS will?
20 Nay but, O man, who are you that reply against YAHWEH? Shall the
thing formed say to HIM that formed it, Why have YOU made me thus?
21 Has not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make
one vessel to honor, and another to dishonor?
22 What if YAHWEH, willing to show HIS wrath, and to make HIS power
known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath fitted
to destruction:
23 And that HE might make known the riches of HIS honor on the
vessels of mercy, which HE had afore prepared to honor,
24 Even us, whom HE has called, not of the Yahudim only, but also of
the Gentiles?
This Sovereignty Is In YAHWEH's Dealing Both With Yahudim And
Gentiles
ROMIYAH - ROMANS 9:25
25 ¶ As HE said also in Hosea, I will call them MY people, which
were not MY people; and her beloved, which was not beloved.
26 And it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said to
them, You are not MY people; there shall they be called the children
of the living YAHWEH.
27 YeshaYah also cries concerning Yisrael, Though the number of the
children of Yisrael be as the sand of the sea, a remnant shall be
saved:
28 For HE shall finish the work, and cut it short in righteousness:
because a short work will YAHWEH make upon the earth.
29 And as YeshaYah said before, Except YAHWEH of Hosts had left us a
seed, we had been as Sodom, and been made like Gomorrah.
The Falling Short Of The Yahudim Is Owing To Their Seeking
Justification, Not By Faith, But By The Works Of The Torah
ROMIYAH - ROMANS 9:30
30 ¶ What shall we say then? That the Gentiles, which followed not
after righteousness, have attained to righteousness, even the
righteousness which is of faith.
31 But Yisrael, which followed after the torah of righteousness, has
not attained to the torah of righteousness.
32 Wherefore? Because they sought it not by faith, but as it were by
the works of the torah. For they stumbled at that stumblingstone;
33 As it is written, Behold, I lay in Zion a stumblingstone a rock
of offence: and whosoever believes on HIM shall not be ashamed.
YAHWEH Will Certainly Hear Prayer
TEHILLIM - PSALMS 5:1
1 ¶ To the chief Musician upon Nehiloth, A Psalm of David. Give ear
to my words, O YAHWEH, consider my meditation.
2 Hearken to the voice of my cry, my King, and my Sovereign Ruler:
for to YOU will I pray.
3 My voice shall YOU hear in the morning, O YAHWEH; in the morning
will I direct my prayer to YOU, and will look up.
4 For YOU are not a ALMIGHTY that has pleasure in wickedness:
neither shall evil dwell with YOU.
5 The foolish shall not stand in YOUR sight: YOU hate all workers of
iniquity.
6 YOU shall destroy them that speak leasing: YAHWEH will abhor the
bloody and deceitful man.
7 ¶ But as for me, I will come into YOUR house in the multitude of
YOUR mercy: and in YOUR fear will I worship toward YOUR kodesh Great
Tabernacle.
8 Lead me, O YAHWEH, in YOUR righteousness because of my enemies;
make YOUR way straight before my face.
9 For there is no faithfulness in their mouth; their inward part is
very wickedness; their throat is an open sepulchre; they flatter
with their tongue.
10 Destroy YOU them, O YAHWEH; let them fall by their own counsels;
cast them out in the multitude of their transgressions; for they
have rebelled against YOU.
11 But let all those that put their trust in YOU rejoice: let them
forever shout for joy, because YOU defend them: let them also that
love YOUR NAME be joyful in YOU.
12 For YOU, YAHWEH, will bless the righteous; with favor will YOU
compass him as with a shield.
YAHWEH's People Encouraged By HIS Power
TEHILLIM - PSALMS 33:12
12 ¶ Blessed is the nation whose Sovereign Ruler is YAHWEH; and the
people whom HE has chosen for HIS own inheritance.
13 YAHWEH looks from heaven; HE beholds all the sons of adam.
14 From the place of HIS habitation HE looks upon all the
inhabitants of the earth.
15 HE fashions their hearts alike; HE considers all their works.
16 There is no king saved by the multitude of an host: a mighty man
is not delivered by much strength.
17 An horse is a vain thing for safety: neither shall he deliver any
by his great strength.
18 Behold, the eye of YAHWEH is upon them that fear HIM, upon them
that hope in HIS mercy;
19 To deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in
famine.
20 Our soul waits for YAHWEH: HE is our help and our shield.
21 For our heart shall rejoice in HIM, because we have trusted in
HIS kodesh NAME.
22 Let YOUR mercy, O YAHWEH, be upon us, according as we hope in
YOU.
The Fear Of YAHWEH Is Wisdom
SIRACH 1:9:
The fear of YAHWEH is honor and exultation, and gladness and a crown
of rejoicing.
10 The fear of YAHWEH delights the heart, and gives gladness and joy
and long life.
11 With him who fears YAHWEH it will go well at the end; on the day
of his death he will be blessed.
12 To fear YAHWEH is the beginning of wisdom; she is created with
the faithful in the womb.
13 She made among men an eternal foundation, and among their
descendants she will be trusted.
14 To fear YAHWEH is wisdom's full measure; she satisfies men with
her fruits;
15 she fills their whole house with desirable goods, and their
storehouses with her produce.
16 The fear of YAHWEH is the crown of wisdom, making shalom and
perfect health to flourish.
17 He saw her and apportioned her; he rained down knowledge and
discerning comprehension, and he exalted the honor of those who held
her fast.
18 To fear YAHWEH is the root of wisdom, and her branches are long
life.
22 Unrighteous anger cannot be justified, for a man's anger tips the
scale to his ruin.
23 A patient man will endure until the right moment, and then joy
will burst forth for him.
24 He will hide his words until the right moment, and the lips of
many will tell of his good sense.
25 In the treasuries of wisdom are wise sayings, but being chaciyd
is an abomination to a sinner.
26 If you desire wisdom, keep the commandments, and YAHWEH will
supply it for you.
27 For the fear of YAHWEH is wisdom and instruction, and HE delights
in fidelity and meekness.
28 Do not disobey the fear of YAHWEH; do not approach him with a
divided mind.
29 Be not a hypocrite in men's sight, and keep watch over your lips.
30 Do not exalt yourself lest you fall, and thus bring dishonor upon
yourself.

YAHWEH will reveal your secrets and cast you down in the middle of
the congregation, because you did not come in the fear of YAHWEH,
and your heart was full of deceit.
Prepare Yourself to Serve YAHWEH
SIRACH 2:1:
My son, if you come forward to serve YAHWEH, prepare yourself for
temptation.
2: Set your heart right and be steadfast, and do not be hasty in
time of calamity.
3: Cleave to HIM and do not depart, that you may be honored at the
end of your life.
4: Accept whatever is brought upon you, and in changes that humble
you be patient.
5: For gold is tested in the fire, and acceptable men in the furnace
of humiliation.
6: Trust in HIM, and he will help you; make your ways straight, and
hope in HIM.
7: You who fear YAHWEH, wait for HIS mercy; and turn not aside, lest
you fall.
8: You who fear YAHWEH, trust in HIM, and your reward will not fail;
9: You who fear YAHWEH, hope for good things, for everlasting joy
and mercy.
10: Consider the ancient generations and see: who ever trusted in
YAHWEH and was put to shame? Or who ever persevered in the fear of
YAHWEH and was forsaken? Or who ever called upon HIM and was
overlooked?
11: For YAHWEH is compassionate and merciful; HE forgives sins and
saves in time of affliction.
12: Woe to timid hearts and to slack hands, and to the sinner who
walks along two ways!
13: Woe to the faint heart, for it has no trust! Therefore it will
not be sheltered.
14: Woe to you who have lost your endurance! What will you do when
YAHWEH punishes you?
15: Those who fear YAHWEH will not disobey HIS words, and those who
love HIM will keep HIS ways.
16: Those who fear YAHWEH will seek HIS approval, and those who love
HIM will be filled with the torah.
17: Those who fear YAHWEH will prepare their hearts, and will humble
themselves before HIM.
18: Let us fall into the hands of YAHWEH, but not into the hands of
men; for as HIS majesty is, so also is HIS mercy.
MATTITYAHU - MATTHEW 10:28
28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill
the soul: but rather fear HIM which is able to destroy both soul and
body in hell.

LUKAS - LUKE 7:35
35 But wisdom is justified of all her children.
36 ¶ And one of the Pharisees desired Him that He would eat with
him. And He went into the Pharisee's house, and sat down to meat.
37 And, behold, a woman in the city, which was a sinner, when she
knew that YAHSHUA sat at meat in the Pharisee's house, brought an
alabaster box of ointment,
38 And stood at His feet behind Him weeping, and began to wash His
feet with tears, and did wipe them with the hairs of her head, and
kissed His feet, and anointed them with the ointment.
39 Now when the Pharisee which had bidden Him saw it, he spoke
within himself, saying, This man, if He were a prophet, would have
known who and what manner of woman this is that touches Him: for she
is a sinner.
40 And YAHSHUA answering said to him, Simon, I have somewhat to say
to you. And he says, Master, say on.
41 There was a certain creditor which had two debtors: the one owed
five hundred pence, and the other fifty.
42 And when they had nothing to pay, he frankly forgave them both.
Tell me therefore, which of them will love him most?
43 Simon answered and said, I suppose that he, to whom he forgave
most. And He said to him, you have rightly judged.
44 And He turned to the woman, and said to Simon, See you this
woman? I entered into your house, you gave Me no water for My feet:
but she has washed My feet with tears, and wiped them with the hairs
of her head.
45 You gave Me no kiss: but this woman since the time I came in has
not ceased to kiss My feet.
46 My head with oil you did not anoint: but this woman has anointed
My feet with ointment.
47 Wherefore I say to you, Her sins, which are many, are forgiven;
for she loved much: but to whom little is forgiven, the same loves
little.
48 And He said to her, Your sins are forgiven.

in him, the same brings forth much fruit: for without Me you can do
nothing.
6 If a man abide not in Me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is
withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they
are burned.
7 If you abide in Me, and My Words abide in you, you shall ask what
you will, and it shall be done to you.
8 Herein is My ABBA magnified and honored, that you bear much fruit;
so shall you be My disciples.
9 ¶ As the ABBA has loved Me, so have I loved you: continue you in
My love.
10 If you keep My commandments, you shall abide in My love; even as
I have kept My ABBA's commandments, and abide in HIS love.
11 These things have I spoken to you, that My joy might remain in
you, and that your joy might be full.
12 This is My commandment, That you love one another, as I have
loved you.
13 Greater love has no man than this, that a man lay down his life
for his friends.
14 You are My friends, if you do whatsoever I command you.
To Take Heed Of Indulging A Sinful
Temper
GALUTYAH - GALATIANS 5:13
13 ¶ For, brethren, you have been called to liberty; only use not
liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another.
14 For all the torah is fulfilled in one Word, even in this; You
shall love your neighbor as yourself.
15 But if you bite and devour one another, take heed that you be not
consumed one of another.
And To Walk In The Spirit, And Not To Fulfil The Lusts Of The
Flesh: The Works Of Both Are Described
GALUTYAH - GALATIANS 5:16
16 This I say then, Walk in the Ruach, and you shall not fulfil the
lust of the flesh.
17 For the flesh lusts against the Ruach, and the Ruach against the
flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that you
cannot do the things that you would.
18 But if you be led of the Ruach, you are not under the torah.
19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these;
Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,
20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath,
strife, seditions, heresies,
21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the
which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that
they which do such things shall not inherit the Kingdom of YAHWEH.
22 But the fruit of the Ruach is love, joy, shalom, longsuffering,
gentleness, goodness, faithfulness,
23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no torah.
24 And they that are MessiYah's have crucified the flesh with the
affections and lusts.
25 If we live in the Ruach, let us also walk in the Ruach.
26 Let us not be desirous of vain splendor, provoking one another,
envying one another.
Exhortations To Meekness, Gentleness, And Humility
GALUTYAH - GALATIANS 6:1
1 ¶ Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, you which are
spiritual, restore such an one in the ruach of meekness; considering
yourself, lest you also be tempted.
2 Bear you one another's burdens, and so fulfil the torah of ha
MessiYah.
3 For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he
deceives himself.
4 But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have
rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another.
5 For every man shall bear his own burden.

18 And the fruit of righteousness is sown in shalom of them that
make shalom.

8 But if you be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers,

not convenient: but rather giving of thanks.
5 For this you know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor
covetous man, who is an idolater, has any inheritance in the Kingdom
of ha MessiYah and of YAHWEH.
6 Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these
things comes the wrath of YAHWEH upon the children of disobedience.
7 Be not you therefore partakers with them.
8 For you were sometimes darkness, but now are you light in YAHSHUA:
walk as children of light:
9 For the fruit of the Ruach is in all goodness and righteousness
and truth;
10 Proving what is acceptable to YAHWEH.
11 And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but
rather reprove them.
12 For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of
them in secret.
13 But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light:
for whatsoever does make manifest is light.
14 Wherefore he saith, Awake you that sleep, and arise from the
dead, and ha MessiYah shall give you Light.
15 See then that you walk circumspectly, not as unwise fools, but as
wise,
16 Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.
17 Wherefore be you not unwise, but understanding what the will of
YAHWEH is.
